A Day in The Life of The City Market Coordinator:
Our Charleston City Market booth is our pride and joy, and we hold it very near and dear to our hearts. It's where Rewined Candles got its start and where we turn curious travelers into lifelong candle lovers. We are currently searching for that perfect creative leader to inspire our candle ambassadors and to truly embrace our lifestyle, share our history and vision, and create those
meaningful experiences for candle fans at our booth and all over Charleston!
Our Charleston City Market booth is our pride and joy, and we hold it very near and dear to our hearts. It's where Rewined Candles got its start and where we turn curious travelers into lifelong candle lovers. We are currently searching for that perfect creative leader to inspire our candle ambassadors and to truly embrace our lifestyle, share our history and vision, and create those
meaningful experiences for candle fans at our booth and all over Charleston!

What you’ll do as the City Market Coordinator:
● Makes sure market team has all necessary resources they need to be successful
● Manages, develops and motivates direct reporting staff
● Manages the schedules and time off requests of the market team
● Provides weekly sales numbers to the Director of Sales
● Clears roadblocks & obstacles for the market team
● Direct point of contact for the City Market administration regarding absences, new products, payments and other
delays/weather closures.
● Communicates regularly with the Sales team about driver changes, driver needs and dropoff/pickup times
● Trains staff & assures remarkable customer service standards are maintained in the City Market
● Collaborates with the Marketing Team to help drive traffic from City Market
● Responsible for meeting the sales goals set by the Director of Sales
● Develops procedures to ensure the smooth operation of Market inventory storage & transfer to & from the Markets
● Responsible for maintaining a 7 day per week market schedule and ensuring all shifts are covered
● Maintains inventory controls, inventory management and cash flow records daily.
● Coordinates and staffs other Rewined appearances within the community as coordinated by the Marketing Team
● Implements constant improvement of the visual display for our City Market and other community appearances

● Attends and sets up booth display in the Charleston City Market
● Becomes the face of the Rewined brand to all City Market Customers
● Assist our loyal fans in purchasing products from our booth
● Educate our fans and the community about our made with love process of creating our candles & products
● Aims to continuously improve our presence in the Charleston City Market by maintaining positive relationships with other
vendors and office staff, delivering excellent customer service to our customers, and passionately sharing our history and
brands.
● Creates a remarkable experience for all of our customers and loyal fans.
● Communicates effectively and efficiently with supervisor & rest of the Daydreamer family. regarding needs,
improvements, wins at the City Market
● Represent our company in a professional, yet fun way!
Expectations
● makes sure schedules are made in a timely manner and communicated to the necessary team members
● transparent communication with the supervisor & market team
● ability to jump into any market shift when needed
● creating systems that can be used by anyone on your team or other Daydreamer member filling in for you
Now, for the fine print...
● MUST be available to work weekend shifts
● MUST have reliable transportation & clean driving record
● MUST be able to lift at least 40 lbs
● MUST be willing and able to work outdoors & in the elements - Rain or Shine!
● Preferred retail or customer service experience
● Preferred familiarity with the Charleston area
